Support foam is a more responsive, uplifting alternative to memory foam. It offers resilient, total alignment for all sleep positions and has a firmer feel overall. Just like memory foam, it offers pressure-relieving comfort and distributes your body weight for all-night consistent support.

Many people feel comfortable on their new foam sleep product right away, but others may need a few weeks to appreciate its unique comfort and support. If you’re used to sleeping on a conventional spring mattress, give your new foam mattress a little time to break in. It may take up to 1-2 weeks for you to get accustomed to the new feeling. Then, we’re confident you’ll experience a better night’s sleep!

Sleep Innovations® foam is made with an open-cell design, which encourages air flow and dissipates heat to help maintain a comfortable sleep temperature. Our foam products are either temperature neutral or specifically designed to hold a lasting cool effect.

Foam is naturally sensitive to changes in temperature, which helps it effectively conform to the shape of your body. However, if you purchased your foam product in the winter, we recommend allowing it time to reach room temperature before use.

Yes! Using an electric blanket or heated mattress pad will not have a negative impact on the quality or longevity of Sleep Innovations® toppers and mattresses.

Our molded pillows may have “holes” or “craters” typically on one side as a natural part of our manufacturing process. The foam is poured hot into a pillow mold. Then, tiny air bubbles rise to the top and burst, creating small craters. This is completely normal and does not affect the performance or quality of the pillow in any way.

Any mattress protector is fine to use in conjunction with our mattresses as long as it is breathable. We do not recommend using a mattress protector with plastic, latex, or vinyl.

Our foam mattresses and toppers are available in a range of sizes, including Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King. Below are the dimensions in length and width of each size:

• Twin XL: 80" x 39"

*Twin-sized mattresses are typically 38" wide unless noted otherwise.

For convenient transportation and protection, your new foam products deliver compressed and safety-sealed in a box. Please read the easy unpack instructions before removing the product from the package.

Mattresses:

Our mattresses are very tightly packed for easy shipping. Once you remove the mattress from its packaging, you’ll see it unfold before your eyes. Allow time for your mattress to recover naturally to its original shape. It may take up to 48 hours to fully expand, but you can sleep on it as soon as it looks comfortable.

Mattress Toppers:

Mattress toppers are also tightly packed for shipping purposes and will be ready for use in approximately one hour. It can take up to 48 hours for your mattress topper to fully expand, but you may sleep on it as soon as it looks comfortable. DO NOT use anything to help the mattress expand.

Pillows:

Our pillows are ready to use immediately, no setup is required. Simply remove them from the packaging and enjoy a great night’s sleep!

Your mattress is designed for full performance when used with a supportive foundation system (platform bed, slatted frame with horizontal center supports and/or a box spring). A Queen, King or California King frame must have a rigid bridge bar with at least 5 support legs or 5 equally spaced hardwood cross-slats with a supporting center leg. The cross slats must be at least 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart.

Inadequate bases include, but are not limited to the floor, plywood, bunkie boards, and plastic liners. If used on a faulty foundation system, or on the floor, resulting in damage to the mattress, the limited warranty will be void.

Our toppers are designed to be placed directly on top of a mattress. We do not recommend that you use your mattress topper with any latex, vinyl, or plastic air mattress or waterbed, or on top of solid wood, plywood, or particle board.

The slight “new” smell you may notice when you first unpack your foam product is completely harmless and will disappear quickly. This comes from vacuum-sealing and packing our products, which is done for your protection. Allow it some time to air out in a well-ventilated area for the fastest recovery time.

Adding a mattress topper may or may not require new bedding, as it depends on the current height of your mattress. Many bed linens include a deep fitted bottom sheet of up to 27 inches. This is perfect for the added depth of a mattress topper and can be found at most stores that carry bed linens!

Cutting your topper will not damage or affect its performance; however, it will void your warranty.

All Sleep Innovations® polyurethane foam products contain no formaldehyde, no PBDEs, and no ozone depleters (chlorofluorocarbons). Every product is clinically tested and has passed strict regulatory requirements. Because of this, we can sell our products with confidence. Foam is naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, but we design our foam to minimize the possibility of an allergic reaction. However, if you have a pre-existing sensitivity to foam, then you may experience a reaction. This is rare, but we still recommend that anyone with this condition carefully consider their purchase.

Foam is not machine washable or machine dryable. It should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild, clear soap. Let it air dry completely before covering it with your crisp sheets. There are also some product specific care instructions on the sewn-in tag, so be sure to check those out. Do not remove the cover as it provides flammability protection. Removing the cover will void the Limited Warranty.

Color may change over time due to natural oxidation. This is completely normal and does not indicate a problem or a loss of comfort or performance.

There is no need to flip your foam mattress. However, we recommend occasional turning (flat rotation) for best performance.

It's not possible to put your foam mattress back in its original box, but it can be moved like any other mattress.

Taking care of your mattress can help it stay comfortable and supportive for many years, which reduces the need for replacement and lowers environmental impact. To extend its life:

• Use a mattress protector – protects against spills, stains, and dust.
• Rotate regularly– Rotate your mattress for even use distribution.
• Support it properly – ensure your bed frame or foundation provides even support.

Currently, we do not sell replacement covers for toppers or pillows.

Sleep Innovations® warrants that the foam material in our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The full details of the warranty are included with each product.

Mattress covers must not be removed to launder or for any other reason because it provides important flammability protection. Removing the mattress cover will void the Limited Warranty.

If a defect that is covered by the warranty occurs, Sleep Innovations® will repair or replace (at Sleep Innovations’s option) the defective product. If a replacement is required, Sleep Innovations® reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if the like components are not available.

Replacements are limited to once during the warranty period. The warranty period is valid from the date of your original purchase; it does not begin again when you receive a replacement. All warranties are null and void if the mattress cover is removed and/or laundered. Mattress maintenance includes spot cleaning only.

A claim form must be completed and submitted with either a copy of the original purchase receipt that includes proof of purchase date or your packing slip and all law tags. You must provide transportation or accept freight charges to and from the nearest Sleep Innovations® facility for inspection of the warranted product (if requested), return of the product for repair, or replacement of the product. Products had to be purchased at a valid retailer (not through a third party or closeout sale). Products located outside the continental US and Canada are not eligible for replacement.
